About the event
Join in opening and healing your heart space. Sacred Cacao has been known as "the food of the Gods" for thousands of years. Its healing properties allow your heart to open to bring in more LOVE. The specific cacao that Tiana uses in her ceremonies comes from the GuateMaya region of Guatemala, SNEHA. "Nana Marina’s Cacao” is 100% grown, harvested, toasted, fermented, packaged and distributed by GuateMayans only from start to finish.
What is a Sacred Cacao Ceremony?
Sacred Cacao Ceremony is held as a sacred circle of humans ready to embark on a heart-opening journey. Cacao is not a mind altering substance. It has large amounts of theobromine as well as magnesium, as well as the amazing taste of cacao that transports you into a blissful state of LOVE and JOY.
Prior to entering the space, you will be cleansed/smudged with Florida water. We will set intentions as individuals as well as a group. We will enjoy the sacred GuateMayan cacao, meditate and I will be giving Reiki. The space will be cleansed and held in a good and sacred way.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is universal life-force energy. It is the pure energy of LOVE.
How it works?
Everything we do, whether we are aware or not, has an intention behind it. Whether it's drinking your morning coffee, kissing your babies, taking a hike or working, there is intention. When we set aside time to sit in a power circle and harness our intentions and drink them into our bodies, we are creating magic! The universe starts to shift in our favor and things being to move and manifest.
What should you bring?
Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, and your FAVORITE MUG. Before ceremony, sit with your heart-space and feel into it. What is you intention for the ceremony? What does you heart need? What do you need? Know what you want before you enter the space so you can use the time to create and manifest.
