Welcome!
Thank you for your interst in the Mindful Meditation Hike. This will be open to 12 humans max. We will gather in the parking lot of Lake Lagunitas in Fairfax, CA on Sunday April 18th at 9:30am. ***Please note that you will need to pay for parking when you enter the park***. We will hike/walk the lake together taking in the beauty that is around us. About 3/4 into the hike, we will then take 20 minutes to stop and have a guided meditation together (which I will facilitate) in a beautiful sunny location next to the waters edge. Closing around 11am back at the parking lot.
I am asking for a $20 donation to my Venmo @tiana-baumsteiger, prior or at the time of the hike.
What to bring:
-Walking/Hiking Shoes
-Face Mask
-Water
-A back pack with a towel/blanket or something to sit on if you would like
-An open mind
I am very excited to start this Mindful Meditation Hiking Series with you! This will be a once a month experience where you will get the chance to hold powerful circle with other humans to create energetic change.
