Well let's begin with what Sacred Cacao is. Sacred Cacao is a plant that is an intentional heart-opener. Cacao has been used in ancient ceremonies by South Americans (the Maya) for thousands of years. It has an active ingredient in it called theobromine—which can be translated to, “Food of the Gods.” The specific cacao that I use in my ceremonies comes from the GuateMaya region of Guatemala, SNEHA.

What is a Sacred Cacao Ceremony?
Sacred Cacao Ceremony is held as a sacred circle of humans ready to embark on a heart-opening journey. Cacao is not a mind altering substance. It has large amounts of theobromine as well as magnesium, as well as the amazing taste of cacao that transports you into a blissful state of LOVE and JOY.
Prior to entering the space, you will be cleansed/smudged with Florida water. We will set intentions as individuals as well as a group. We will enjoy the sacred GuateMayan cacao, meditate and I will be giving Reiki. The space will be cleansed and held in a good and sacred way.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is universal life-force energy. It is the pure energy of LOVE.
How it works?
Everything we do, whether we are aware or not, have intention behind them. Whether it's drinking your morning coffee, kissing your babies, taking a hike or working, there is intention. When we set aside time to sit in a power circle and harness our intentions and drink them into our bodies, we are creating magic! The universe starts to shift in our favor and things being to move and manifest.
What should you bring?
I suggest wearing comfy clothes. I would bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, and your FAVORITE MUG. I would also suggest, before ceremony to sit with your heart-space and feel into it. What is you intention for the ceremony? What does you heart need? What do you need? Know what you want before you enter the space so you can use the time to create and manifest.
